Beachbody – FOCUS T25

Focus T25 – a program by Shaun T, the man behind the original Insanity!

After the AAA (Arms, Abs and Ass) workout, I felt  like I needed more. Sure, I have not been 100% on my nutrition, hell even 90% haha. More, but what?

It hit me. Beachbody! What better program to add to my day than one that is short and sweet.

By sweet, I mean brutal.

Tania, from Insanity – is on T25, post-baby, as the MODIFIER.

I will continue my 80 Day Obsession program, try to eat as my plan requires (usually, it means more food than I want, and a lot less foods I find myself craving), and add in the T25 workouts as I feel.

I’m quite smitten now, with Beachbody. (I am not a coach, these posts are not affiliated with Beachbody.)

Working out from home, is quite honestly, exactly what I needed.
