Back in 2011/12 – I saw for the first time, Nike’s campaigns for Women and Running. It lit something in me and I started running. Running became an outlet, and I started to get good at it. But then one day, I skipped running and then stopped altogether. I probably started something new, like crossfit, and just couldn’t get back into it.

Fast forward to 2016, when I signed up for my second half marathon (but the first to actually complete) and then another shortly after that. I kept telling myself to get back into it.

It’s hard.

but, I’m back.

2018 – I have my first 5k in April. First half marathon in May and my first full marathon in October.
